SONY LAUNCHES CUSTOMER IDEAS PLATFORM
So if you've an idea you want Sony to think about?

well, it seems sony is interested to hear from its fan base. If you think you have an idea to improve on Playstation, well here is your chance.

You know all these ideas could be used in the premium service that’s been rumoured for a while. Sounds like a great plan, ask the console owners what they want, then ask them for money in order of them to get it.
