John Cleese, comedy legend and founder of the organisation of funny walks, will be appearing in the upcoming game Fable III. The comedian/actor known for Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, Rat Race and many others will be doing the voice over for the main character’s butler.Cleese joins the ranks of previous famous British funny men/women who have done voice work for Fable games, like Steven Fry and Zoë Wanamake.

 

Cleese’s character will help you manage your kingdom, give you some tutorial help and iron your underwear. Hopefully this butler will be a bit braver than the one in Fable II.

  

Along with the announcement that Cleese will working on the game Peter Molyneux has confirmed that you’ll be able to sell your “unique” weapons online.

 

Fable III is due out late this year and will be compatible with project Natal.
