 "Hello Kitty Online" players came together for a special charity event called "Food for Friends 2" where they gathered in game items for Haiti relief. These items would be translated into real donations to help Haiti. Altogether, players collected 534,358 items, which allowed Aeria Games & Entertainment to make a donation to the Red Cross Haiti relief efforts.
 
In return, top participating guilds received bonuses that can be used at the item mall. All other participators received special loyaly points. For more information about the fundraiser and Hello Kitty online, visit hko.aeriagames.com/node/243/food-for-friends-2-results.
