Nintendo expects strong first day sales despite leak.

Reports has surfaced that the soon-to-be released Pokemon Heart Gold & Soul Silver have both been leaked online.
 
Whilst we don’t encourage pirating here at That Gaming Site, it appears ROMs for both games have popped online just days before the game is released on September 12. Nintendo are forever cracking down on piracy so I imagine that they’ll be all over this.
 
Despite this, Nintendo expects both versions of the game to sell out on launch day, the first shipment has been mostly been accounted for by preorders. Either way, Nintendo is bound to make a bomb on these remakes.
 
US and European release dates haven’t been set although Nintendo has told fans to expect the game to launch outside Japan in Spring 2010.

Popular DS games have a tendancy to leak early. Diamond and Pearl did, then Platinum did. If I remember correctly Phanthom Hourglass was leaked two weeks early too.
